The touring company handling country music superstar Keith Urban's national tour was looking for a way to ensure privacy in the area in which the singer's tour bus was to be parked. The goal was for Urban and his entourage (which sometimes included his wife, actress Nicole Kidman) to be able to freely move around outside the bus with complete privacy.

The Tamis Corporation provided a solution involving Perimeter Patrol Temporary Fencing. "Out of the box," these fencing panels provided the security, but not the visual privacy. But the multi-divisional Tamis Corporation also had years of experience creating vinyl jackets which cover crowd control barricades. Could temporary fencing panels also, in essence, feature jackets?

Yes. Covers which resembled banners were conceptualized. These covers would not only obscure the open "holes" in the fencing panels, but also cover the gaps between the interlocking fence panels themselves. (Even an inch of open space would be an impediment to total privacy.)

Working with the same personnel who produce Blockader barrier jackets, Tamis created and fitted vinyl material to completely block any outside visibility. Now, onlookers are completely prevented from looking into this "private space" for Keith and his crew.
